Year End Giving

“When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the babe in her womb leapt for joy.”

– Luke 1:41

If we step back and look at what happened before this verse, we know that Mary went in haste to serve her pregnant cousin, Elizabeth. Through Mary’s openness to God’s will and her loving servanthood, Jesus became a missionary, serving others before his tiny hands and feet were fully developed. From within the womb, Jesus’ love was present and reached the hearts of those who were open. Both Elizabeth and the child she carried were filled with Christ’s joy and the Holy Spirit.

Not only does this demonstrate the fullness of every unborn child’s life, it also connects to our ministry’s mission. Our very mission started by serving women and their precious babies, showing the love of Jesus to these clients, and helping them see the beauty of life and the joy these children would bring to their lives. From the beginning of 2024 until September, we provided 3,247 ultrasounds to women at our centers. Oftentimes, these ultrasounds serve as a window to the womb, filling the women with joy and wonder, just as Elizabeth felt during the Visitation.

Like many of the women who visit our centers, Shelby, Alivia, and Erial felt alone. These three women bravely shared how receiving a free ultrasound and finding support through the Women’s Centers of Ohio made a difference in their decision to choose life. Shelby described her ultrasound as “the most beautiful experience” and Alivia said that “hearing the heartbeat made her cry”. Erial shared that seeing her son’s growth through the ultrasound made her more and more excited. Now that their children have been born, these women are beyond thankful for how these children have blessed their lives.

We invite you to prayerfully consider partnering with us as we continue to save lives and strengthen families. Through the generosity of our partners, you can double the impact of your gift, as it will be matched dollar for dollar up to $100,000! Thank you for joining us and helping us continue following the example of Mary and Jesus: bringing joy and hope to others as we serve them with compassion.

Blessings,
